I had my watch serviced, cleaned and a new battery put in. Reasonably priced considering it's a Longines watch.

Visited the Church Street store. Was greeted by the sales rep Laura. She sorted me a drink then she sat me down and we chatted and tried on a couple of watches I was interested in. Very good service.

We had to go to the church street shop twice for wedding rings. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Laura was exceptionally help and pleasant. Would recommend.

Got a lovely white gold and diamond ring. Fab. Loved it

Leroy the sales assistant was excellent and knowledgeable about the omega watch I was interested in. Both he and the manager couldn't do enough for us and made us feel comfortable.

We bought our engagement ring here and thought we would go back and get our wedding rings here. Little did we know that the place has changed so much you no longer get the wow factor here you get treated poorly standing at a counter and getting told no we haven't got that or no we can't get that but we have these here. You no longer get to sit and chat and made to feel special as Sue who worked there no longer does. If you want 5 star treatment go in to rox and see sue who has moved there now.....
