Halfords – Wallasey Store liverpool

I was so pleased with the help I received from Halfords employee Mike when purchasing a wiper for my car.. he helped me choose the correct one and also fitted it for me.. nothing was to trouble and another female employee was also very helpful and approachable .. will definitely visit again .

Ordered online replacement battery terminals and headlamp bulb connectors, available to collect from store immediately. Nice, polite and helpful personnel.

Booked for a replacement battery online. Got there and they couldn't fit it or restart my car. Absolutely useless & poor customer service from the manager. Although the staff members where the opposite & friendly

Visited the store looking to buy 2 adult bikes (1 of them was to be electric powered ). Walked around the bikes making it obvious that we were interested in new bikes but nobody came tout assist, so we left and went to Halfords Bromborough. Guess what? The same thing happened there ? I don't know what is going on with Halfords but the service was never this poor. May have to consider looking at alternative retailer ?

I had a very positive experience at this Halfords Branch. I needed to have a headlamp bulb replaced as I was doing a lot of travelling around on the evening it failed. I pulled up to the branch, the Assistant was able to quickly locate the bulb i needed and within 10 minutes of pulling up, I was away carrying on with my day. Fantastic service.

Very well run store. Arrived to collect a bike I had ordered. Even though they were VERY busy, process was seamless and professional. Great service and value.

Having placed my order online for collection, I was kept updated by email and text and my items were ready for collection within a couple of hours. The staff member on the till was extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful as we needed another item for the car. I would highly recommend this store as the service was superb. I felt like a valued customer.

Went here to buy a new headlight bulb for my car & to get it fitted. Ordered online & was told as soon as my order was ready. At the store it couldn't have been easier. Staff friendly and helpful. Gentleman who fixed my light was friendly, cheerful and asset to company. Thank you. Would recommend.
