Good cinema, good selection of food. Never been disappointed. Rarely enough staff though. Expect to wait for tickets, even limitless, and counters such as Ben and Jerry's rarely manned. We always have to get there early to get tickets due to queues and one person serving

Absolutely love this place. It's a nice theatre. Food is good, very neatly maintained. Screens are varied size, but has the IMAX and 3d screens. The only negative thing is the maintenance of the toilets. It's just 3 of them, out of which 1 is permanently closed. The other 2 are not maintained properly.

Good cinema, has lots of large screens to watch films. Staff are nice and helpful. Lots of food and drink options. Staff dont search bags so are happy for you to take your own drinks and sweets in. Has a Costa opposite incase your partner is taking you to watch a chick flick and you need a boost to stay awake. Good toilet facilities.

It's a good cinema and has good food. The ads usually last for 45 minutes is sometimes a downside. The food is pricey as most cinemas are.and it's probably better to find a local convenience store near by and grab a bag of popcorn and a drink from there

Good place. If only they'd keep all the snacks and drink options in the other counter area it would help cue down the long cues.

Still my favourite cinema in the area. The need for lining up for food has been removed as you now order food at the ticket machines which is something I appreciated. Docking a star because the seat, although comfy, are grim when the lights come on

A very clean and tidy cinema. Have a range of screens and the size of various screens are decent. The staff are helpful. Went to watch House of Gucci recently with a friend and had a good time.

Watched Ron's gone wrong here and managed to book premiere seats for an amazing price. The experience did not disappoint! The only strange bit was that the screen was brightly lit despite the movie starting and we had to flag down an employee who checked (and confirmed that the lights were indeed on!) and rectified the issue immediately.

Service: staff is helpful but management should think of some new innovative/ efficient methoda to reduce queues and waiting time to drinks and snacks collection. I forgot something to order and when I went back to get it, there was already a long queue to the self older area and long queues to the collection area as well. Inside: all great

It's been a while since I've been. Black Panther was the last film I saw. Don't like having to print off tickets, food and drink request from the machine too long. No people interaction and then scan your ticket to go in. If there was a queue, I would not be happy. Really enjoyed my afternoon session watching King Richard.
