Westbus Coach Services Limited london

Just had one of their coaches pass me in the third lane of motorway and then almost hit the front of my vehicle when moving back over. Very professional driver...

I used this service about 5 months ago so this is a late review. I am choosing another coach company for our upcoming bi-annual event and am very wary given my terrible experience with Westbus. Felt it was long overdue to write this up. On the outbound journey the coaches were 30 minutes late and the service was non-existant, no friendliness, absolutely no assistance with luggage. I was spoken to rudely on the phone and lied to when trying to find out where the coaches were. One driver had an eye affliction and I felt that they were unsafe to drive during our journey from London to Cambridge. At one point this driver tried to drive the wrong way into a petrol station and then veered off-route to stop quickly on a side road, due to an affliction with their eyes. We were concerned. On the return journey coaches were again late and then made us wait for an 45 minutes while they took a break. The drivers were again unapologetic, I was treated flippantly and I felt I was given unreliable information. Absolutely no customer service from the drivers and my colleagues were spoken to rudely on another coach. Appalling experience with Westbus, I would not use their services again and encourage anyone to book with another company.

ruthless drivers, very dangerous , saw one of the drivers nearly run over a motorbike. the number on the back of the bus was 149, and the registration started with BN12, this was in dawley road ,hayes at around 1920 hrs , 10 oct, 2018

Last Sunday I went london (23.09.2018)@nearly 2 pm M4 mortaway junction 1 trafic time near the Chiswick exit my wife see west bus driver reading a document driving a bus .she all ready take a picture.how dangerous driving.how can I trust this service...see this picture (sorry I can update photos I try to upload after post this one )

Drivers are very nice. Worked for a school who hired Westbus for school runs in the morning and afternoons. I would definitely recommend Westbus for any other companies/organisations or people who are thinking of hiring with coach companies🙂🙂

Great company, reliable drivers,

Hired for transport to and from a big corporate event. The first bus they simply cancelled, and we didn’t set off till 1.5 hours after we all got to the pick up point really early in the morning. 2 days later the bus home was over an hour late collecting us, then went the wrong way and the foreign driver is now asking US, in broken English, where to go!! If he doesn’t take any more wrong turns, Google says we may get home at 11pm - we were due at 8pm. Starting to feel like we may never make it at all - thanks for a rotten start and finish to an otherwise great weekend Westbus!
