Very good service. I have travelled with them many time. they provide very good food and hotel during holiday tours.

This is my second time that I took a trip via star tours and really like it. I would strongly advise to try their tours.

I booked a 5 days Euro + Disney in March 2020 after excellent recommendations by my colleagues, but due to Covid it was cancelled. I mistakenly agreed to receive the voucher instead of refund, spent an year in getting back the money . Approached ABTA as well, but they said to approach the courts , at the end now after 18 months they have refunded the voucher as a good will gesture. They had no compulsion to return me back the money but they still did which shows their serious approach to business. I wish I could have taken their Europe tour but unfortunately leaving this country in few weeks.

Some of the good things are: All modes of transport are managed efficiently Food is good and wholesome. Good and Clean hotels. Bad points are: Silly games and loud TV on the buses Too much time wasted on travelling when doing road trips Some coach guides are lazy and don't want to make extra effort in organising group activities.
