I wish there was a 0 star option, defrauded of £1200, contacted sky skanner to remove them from their website and they are investigating, still waiting for my money, we will see if I ever do, if not within a week My lawyer is perusing legal action and contacting trading standards, avoid. Will update the review if I get my money back. BIG emphasis on the IF.

Me and my family have always used Travelpack. My family travel to Kenya every year and always book through Travelpack. I most recently booked tickets to Canada for a party of 6. I especially like to deal with Mazhar. We experienced nothing but good customer service and good prices. I’ve even recommended them to friends and they’ve also had pleasant experiences. I highly recommend mazhaar, outstanding customer service!

Please do not go to this place to book any of your ticket in this place is a big mess they show that they are organized but they are not the person dealing with the details is a total mess no smile on the face no greeting nothing at all. And the prices they tell you are expensive then it can ever get.

AVOID!!! I have booked BA flight ticket via Travelpack. Due to family emergency tried to cancel the booking within 48 hours of my booking. Travelpack told the ticket is non-refundable at all. However BA could provide the refund in case of direct booking. Do you believe it is correct that Travelpack cannot cancel this booking on my behalf with BA without any loses for them? I am not. They are liar. Avoid them and book directly with airline to not lose your money!

Like other reviews here, no refund for cancelled flights in over 7 months. Am preparing a letter before action, small claim court, and reporting them to the ABTA. Don't let them cheat you with "refund office isn't open today", "we're processing your refund in 10 weeks", "were processing your refund on xxx date", as well as just ignoring your emails.

As with many others on here, I urge you to AVOID THIS COMPANY. Flights were cancelled back in 2020 & still no refund. Every time I call they say it is in a 'processing queue.'

Another year with no refund and empty promises. I will now start the process with the Small Claims Court. This seems to be the only way to get the money back
