The lounge is very nice. The staff are friendly and attentive. The selection of food and drink is very good. The lounge is divided into different areas so it makes it feel more private. It also includes a hair salon, spa, and restaurant.

What a great experience. If being driven to the airport, you approach the Virgin Upper Class barrie

What a great experience. If being driven to the airport, you approach the Virgin Upper Class barrier where you explain who you are and not what you are. State your destination and the barrier lifts. You may then drive up the private ramp to the private roundabout. You are met by Virgin staff who take care of your luggage. The facilities and luxuries afforded you are stated in other comments. If you can afford it, it is the only way to fly. Unfortunately for me, it was a one off and never likely to be repeated. There are just some things in life that must be inflicted on oneself.
