WE RECEIVED OUR CAR BACK WITH SCRATCHES AND SPECS OF PAINT HANGING OFF THE WHEEL ARCH - WE WERE REFUSED REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE DAMAGE We received our car back significantly scratched with specs off paint hanging off the rear wheel arch - clearly showing recent damage. Despite speaking to the member of staff at the airport, an extremely polite and helpful lady, who witnessed the damage we found and agreed we should make a claim however we were refused compensation. We were unable to take detailed photos of each inch of the car before dropping due to the allocated parking bays being cramped and cars either side so they used this as their excuse for not admitting responsibility despite the obvious new damage - paint hanging off the wheel arch. We sent an email as per policy but had to call the office three times, each time being assured someone will call back the same day but this did not happen On the fourth call to the office, we spoke to Bob Gill who lacks basic customer service skills. Bob went on to make ridiculous claims of "majority of customers are able to take adequate pictures" but when asked how often people complain about damage he said "rarely". Bob was able to answer my questions until I asked how he knows it is so easy to take pictures if rarely people try to claim for damages he started agressivley accusing me of talking over him. He was unable to tell me how often people put in claims for damages, on average, nevermind back up his obviously made-up claims. Bob's phone manner was terrible and did not have any figures to back up his vague and obviously made-up "facts". I assume this company is great until there is a problem but I definitely would not advise using this company if you like your car. I suspect problems occur quite frequently.

I’ve used MBW's meet and greet parking service at Heathrow, at least once a month (often twice) for the past 7 years it had become a bit of a second nature. Book my flights, book my airport parking with MBW – for me, it’s almost like having a concierge service back at home for when I am working abroad. I can literally ask for anything that I need and they will try and accommodate. Forget important documents in the car, they’ll post them out to me whilst I’m abroad. Want my tyres or paintwork done, they’ll do it for me. Run into an emergency and I need my car dropped to my wife in London whilst I’m away, they will make it happen. I’ve had numerous return flight changes to Gatwick, not a problem for MBW. One of my best friends works overseas and MBW have his car for longer than he does, they start it every once in a while, look after it and he is ever grateful that I introduced him to MBW. They just get things done. It’s remarkable! I have very few “cannot live withouts” and MBW is one of them. Well done team and thank you for the years and years of impeccable service!

So today what should’ve been a very easy drop-off became very complicated because they decided to close terminal 5 as I was approaching the ramp to the drop off point! it was a very stressful situation as it was absolutely gridlocked at terminal 5 but I have to say that Mo from Heathrow MBW meet and greet was very calm and talked me through options! Even though he was having to deal with all the other customers that were trying to collect their cars after their arrivals, he stayed clam! After about an hour of not knowing what was going at T5 the Police decided to open terminal 5 but due to the chaos i decided to park in the wrong car park, but Mo saved the day because they collected my car without any problems at all! So thank you Mo you have made my Christmas!

Honest experience - I booked the meet and greet service from T3 for a week. After i dropped the car with MBW and flew off I started checking the reviews out of curiosity and getting a bad feeling..the reviews were so savage that I panicked and started having real concerns. I actually cut my trip short and two days later I flew back to collect the car for piece of mind. However - I believe in a honest review, and my actual experience (albeit short) was very good. On the phone - professional, in person - friendly and attentive. When i landed and called to collect the car, it took 40 mins and when it arrived it was in the perfect condition I left it in. Huge relief but I can't actually find any fault based on this experience, other than the minor annoyance of no refund for the unused parking, and a £10 admin charge to change the booking.

I have used MBW many times and always had a good experience. However on the last occasion I decided to take them up on the valeting service they offer at £25 which went far from well... I drive a car with full leather seats, dashboard and interior and to my horror returned to find that they had sprayed silicon spray all over the inside of the car. The result was a thick layer of a shinny, slippery coating across all surfaces including the touch screens which were turned matt and not as responsive as normal. The steering wheel was hard to grip and I slid around in the seat when cornering on the way home, both of which where far from ideal and not very safe! I raised this with the guy at the car park who agree with me that it looked awful and advised that I call the company. I did this to be told that they only accept complaints by e-mail. The following day I had a professional valeting company work on the inside of the car and some hours later and at a cost of £70 the car was 95% back to how it should be. I was advised that no-one who has any experience in car valeting would in their right mind use this kind of product on leather and that whilst they had treated it the best they could, its likely to always show some signs of this mistreatment. With the car now usable again I wrote to MBW and sent them before and after photos and a copy of the invoice for the valeting. I received a response from MBW the following day basically telling me they weren't interested. They said that the products they use are recommended for vehicle use. They went on to say that there are 7 elements to their inside/outside wash and that as my complaint referred to 1 aspect and so they would refund me 1/7 of the cost which equated to £3.57!! Several e-mails back and forth followed where they claim "we have been fair" with regards to their offer of compensation, I have decided the sheer lack of customer care shown left me no option other than to share this experience to hopefully help someone else from going through the same. This episode has blown my mind in that MBW have not tried to help in any way and simply refused to except any blame. When a regular customer has an issue and all that was being requested was that I was reimbursed for the fee charged and the out of pockets expenses for the work to rectify their poor workmanship, and yet they still refused and maintained an offer of £3.57 was fair means that I will never use them again and would urge anyone reading this to choose one of the other service providers available as I have done this week.

I have booked meet &greet parking at Heathrow with MBW on a number of occasions. The service is always efficient and friendly. Unfortunately on this occasion I inadvertently left my wallet in my jacket in the boot of the car . Upon realising this after I had cleared security, I informed them of the same and to check if it had fallen out next to the car, and put a freeze on all cards. When I returned 12 days later, the car was returned to me as always by a friendly driver. When I checked the jacket, my wallet was still there MINUS The small amount of € and £ I had , approx total £70. I informed them immediately and was told to send an email to customer services, which I did. The reply that I received was accusing in its nature , stating “ what’s there to stop someone saying there was £1000 in there rather than £70” and referring me to their terms and conditions re valuables left in the car. I informed them that I was in no way trying to benefit financially but making them aware that when my car was left in their trust, a member of their team had gone through my possessions and stolen my money. The offer of a discount on future direct bookings and free part valet was completely missing the point. I gave them a chance to show some understanding, but as none has come forward, I informed them that I will be writing a public review just to make others aware.

Reasonable prices and very good service. I had to extend my parking term whilst abroad and the whole process was handled very efficiently and fairly. The only thing that stopped me giving 5 stars was that I was kept waiting 15 minutes when I dropped the car off. However, the return was extremely prompt. I will definitely use again.
