Very hit and miss this station, i use this station on a daily basis and some staff are amazing and helpful like the friendly no nonsense Marion then there are some others.... won't name and shame but oh my to say lazy is being kind (an announcement or two wouldn't go a miss). Never seem to be the same staff on which may be the problem. But all in all must be an awful job at times seeming as the metropolitan line can be such a shambles.

Nice little train station but messages over the tannoy every 30 seconds and very loud is a bit much

3/ 5

Nice little train station but messages over the tannoy every 30 seconds and very loud is a bit much not seen this at any other station on the met line and the messages are all pre-recorded and quite often not relevant to the usual delays/canceled trains that we are now all unfortunately used to.
