I’ve recently dropped by to renew my passport, and I must say the service was top notch. I’m proud to say the the staff were tremendously friendly and helpful helpful, they’ve exceeded my expectations as what we normally hear some customers haven’t been dealt with pleasantly. Sometimes is good to give credit where it’s due.

They do not reply to phone calls What is the point having a phone number?! Tried millions of times to get an appointment for passport whilst it was £18 to no avail, but when they put the price up to £55 got and easy one!!! no replies to emails why having them? Offered 12S online and took 8 months where i could have got it from home in 1 week!! what is the point???! The place is overcrowded and badly organised. Improvement needed guys we are in 21st century.
