Sneha G. from DNS has been my Account Manager for the last year. I’ve been very happy with the level of support that I’ve received. Starting from company setup, I feel that I’ve been sufficiently supported throughout. The initiative for all compliance activities have been driven from DNS rather than myself, so I never feel worried that I’ve forgotten anything. The monthly reports detailing specific actions is also very helpful. I’ve already referred several friends to DNS as I’ve been very happy with them.

***DNS** EASILY DESTROYS YOUR BUSINESS AND LIFE very very unprofessional, they really don't know anything about accounting, made me bankrupt, closed my company down, over charged me, I had to pay penalty to the HMRC because of DNS delaying or forgetting about my company account . Do not trust them and do not put your business at risk. System did not allow me to choose ZERO start so I chose 1 star

For more than a year now we are at DNS and we could not be happier. Sneha, our account manager, is always fast in answering any questions we have. They are proactive and keep us informed about when to file what, in a timely manner. I feel confident we are in good hands.

Just used DNS Accountants for the first time. My main point of contact was Owais Bombaywala. He was impressive from the first phone call. His advice was spot on and we instructed him / the firm to carry out the work. It was all handled in a timely manner and the end result was successful. I would definitely be using the company again.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS Had issues with them right from the start. When I started, I went to their offices and all seemed legit, they claim to be UK based but the reality of it, is the majority of the work is outsourced to staff who can’t speak English well enough to even have a telephone call with, let alone an email conversation. They kept pushing for me to opt for their in house software that they said had better features than Xero, Quickbooks etc. It really didn’t, not user friendly at all with a lack of support for it from all directions. It didn’t even support bank feeds for transactions or a CSV upload, so I had to spend hours manually copying daily transactions into the software. Their staff seem constantly reluctant to answer emails. I asked constantly for a year to be put on direct debit as they charge you manual payment charges if you’re not. For an accountancy firm, getting invoices from them each month was just a nightmare. They also sell it to you as being all inclusive which it isn’t, they’ll offer to submit confirmation statements and accounts for you and then send you an unexpected invoice with a fee for submitting on your behalf. After a year with them, I said enough was enough and that I was switching accountancy firms. Then miraculously they decide to put me on direct debit. I put them in contact with my new accountants and they simply tried to be as difficult as possible, withholding key information from my new firm. On top of all of that, not trusting DNS, the new firm and I had to go back over a whole year of transactions to check their work and it turns out they got the figures seriously wrong, which could have landed me with a hefty fine from HMRC down the line. Whether this is because they’re cowboys or because their staff can’t communicate properly, I don’t know. Even after that and ignoring my emails telling them I was finished with them, they persisted to get me to get them to submit accounts and tax returns for me. Thank god I didn’t but I’m very thankful to now be with a new firm and new software that is 100 times better. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Update as of November 2020: They continue to still email me, a year after I left asking if they can do my tax returns. Simply a complete joke

Attempted four times now to request a consultation session - still no response after weeks of attempts. After 3 telephone calls, using the Web chat on two occasions and twice requesting a call back via the tool on the website, still no contact made to arrange a consultation - (despite an apology on the last call for the lack of response). Unfortunately, I will now be taking my business elsewhere as it doesn't install confidence if this first bit can't even be arranged :(
