Unprofessional, and poor quality Promised to come and fit Thursday. 2 people turned up but did not have the right people, so promised next day. Then after chasing them again and again, someone didnt turn up . Then promised Saturday... again no show. 3 people turned up on Monday but with the wrong size marble! blamed the walls for not being straight, then said you dont get marble this long would have gone elsewhere but had other contractors lined up - and had paid deposit. Now having paid the outstanding sum we have found the marble supplied is of poor quality (see picture) THESE GUYS ARE LIARS and TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL - DO NOT USE

I have worked with Y&S Marble on many projects as a Kitchen and Bathroom installer.All of their work were carried out professionally and with the highest level of care and attention to detail. This guys do know their business and offer good value products. In general I am happy with their service but in my opinion there are a few points which they may consider improving: - If the order is delayed for any reason, you have to inform the customers in advance so they can plan their time also. - You need to use a dust extraction system (hoover) when you need to cut the stone inside customer's house to avoid filling it with dust (and for health&safety reasons also). - You need to pay more attention to finishing touches like silicone joints.

Really amazing experience with Y&S marble. They beat the quotes of other companies for the same product, installed it professionally, and did it extremely quickly and with great communication throughout. Very impressed!

Abi was great, visited the show room 1 week later we had out marble counter top installed. Great value for money, the team that installed the marble were also very professional. I would definitely recommend Y&S Marble.
