We have been working with Venice Marble Ltd for many years now and have always found them to be an incredibly efficient and professional company. They are always so happy to go above and beyond to make sure everything is done to the best possible standard at all times. Every member of their team are friendly and well trained. Good product, but poor installation. Good range of marble in stock and we are happy with the well-executed fabrication of the fireplaces surround and kitchentop. Unfortunately, we are disappointed with the installation - template measurements were incorrect and mistakes were made on-site during installation. The team promised to come back to finish and fix the installation, but they went incommunicado despite multiple reminders from us. We had paid 100% before the installation was 100% finished: lesson learnt. We will not recommend Venice Marble to anyone.
