Pepe’s Piri Piri london

This place has really gone downhill. I used to love eating there. There chicken rice box was brilliant. However I had it a few months ago and it gave me the runs. Chicken was not cooked properly. I tried it again today after ages, thinking it was maybe a one off and the maybe the staff have sorted themselves out. Unfortunately not. I’m writing this review while on the bog. My stomach is cramping up, chicken was again not cooked properly. They need to fix up. Terrible.

I ordered a "hot" peri chicken burger. There was no flavour, char or taste to it. I asked for it to be extra juicy but it was dry and instead they put so much mayo that it was spilling from all sides. Absolutely disgusting

Almost like my home kitchen. every time i ask umer or abdullallha to amend my order and they did perfectly 100 % fabulous. stuff is very well trained and cooperative. looking after the hygiene and cleaning all the time. i recommend this place to my family and friends. 100 % solid .

Before to buy anything in a take away I visit the toilet first. Those toilets are disgusting .They are dirty, no toilet paper, dirty basin, no soap .. Even the floor is sticky. How can those guy have a certificate of cleanliness? Well, I decided no eat there of course.

Im a regular customer and the food they serve here is very tasty. The juicy chicken n rice is very good.. Definitely recommend this chicken shop

Ordered via just eat. Order was late but worse part was the lack of allergy understanding. Burger not only burnt and aswell as overcooked but also contained mayo which I specified not to have. Worse pepe's I now know. Roosters across the road far better with excellent customer services.

Staff was extremely kind, food was great, place was clean. Overall a good experience, would definitely recommend

I am a regular at this location and I always get the steak burger meal. Today I came across a chicken bone in the burger and it was in my very last bite. When I told the staff the staff clearly said "brother it's a chicken bone not a human bone" and started to laugh. I am completely disappointed in the service and I will not come here AGAIN

Went to buy periperi wings, was served by "S Ahmed" who was very friendly and provided extra sauces when asked and was even happy to adjust the flavour of the wings while they were cooking. Wings were slightly on the expensive side but were cooked good and well flavoured. Would recommend.
