0 stars Ordered at 7.10. At 9.10 still not here. Fairly sure they’ve taken the phone off the hook so they don’t have to deal with all the complaints. Not the first time this has happened. I don’t really know what their doing there but this is genuinely the case every time. I really should learn and stop giving them the benefit of the doubt. All I can say is i have learnt now and won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again.

I called to order a veggie supreme pizza the guy told me to hold the line and kept me waiting for 5 mini I cut the line off and called back he answered didn’t even apologies when I told him anyway I asked him veggie supreme pizza he said we got a deal 2 pizza for £20 I said ok I made it very clear over and over repeatedly told him no mushrooms and sweet corn in my veggie and what do I get sweet corn and mushrooms in my pizza and tin tomatoes in my pizza was very sour I have to bin it barbaque chicken wings looked like it never seen barbaque sauce I asked for the dips 3 garlic dips and 1 barbaque dip did not receive any and they had the cheek to charge £28 Nicola

Have been ordering from this branch for some time now and never been disappointed. Quality of pizza is great, always delivered on time if not sooner. Darryl one of their drivers has been delivering to my address for a while now. Always friendly and has great customer service.

Worst Pizza hut ever.. avoid at all costs. Stuffed crust took up about half the pizza, really thick in some places and some areas even missing toppings

Really poor experience. Hair in the pizza and when I called to compliant, I was left hanging for 9mins before eventually losing patience. Very disappointed - will not be ordering again.
