#1 staff, the best place to study and do work in. A supper quiet place.

Lovely library. Great study area. Accessible toilet too which is useful if you're there the whole day. Would be great if they had a water fountain too!

Excellent helpful staff. They do drop in sessions to help older residents set up email addresses etc. I highly recommend Richmond Reference Library.

Tearing my hair out. Trying to book a pc but website says this must be done by phone not online. Three times now my phone call has been terminated without being answered. Are the computers intended to be used or not?!! In the days before Covid Richmond Library has given exemplary service. Now communication is impossible.
