This is an open library with two sections, I went went it was pretty empty. The building structure is newly built and so far maintained. It's very nice and and pleasing to the eye to photograph. The younger staff were so polite and understanding however there was two elder staff members who were talking right beside me whilst I was already struggling to focus on my work so it would have been nicer if I was able to focus. I had to leave for this reason but do hope my next experience will be less distracting. Overall the library is a very nice library with a great variety. I'm not sure if there are toilets.

The library has finally moved into a permanent new home, in a purpose built new complex, at the bottom of Hounslow High Street. On the day of my visit the building had been open for only a day and there was a buzz in the air as everyone was getting to know the fantastic new building. Since it is the beginning of the Easter holidays it was rather full of students revising, but there was still room enough for everybody. The stacks now occupy a much smaller space than when at the old Treaty Centre site, but rather than in straight rows the stacks have now been arranged into a sinuous maze that carves the space into islands that you can browse in quiet. The libraries computers, reading and study areas, and meeting rooms now mostly occupy the periphery of the space

Quiet, clean and very helpful and professional staff. A surprising lack of books for a Library, though the staff went above and beyond to try and locate the ones I needed from other branches.
