The staff are helpful, patient and the atmosphere is very cosy and comfortable. Toilets clean as well as general surroundings. Would use it again. However, please not its very small but they have an ordering service. Also the wifi sometimes blocks sites that I would say are not suspect or inappropriate.

Clean and tidy. As well as paper books they have audio books and DVDs, free coffee, free wi-fi internet, and a few internet connected PCs you can book for 2 hours at a time. If you have a Hillingdon First card they can activate it and this gives you borrowing rights at all 17 libraries in Hillingdon.

Always very clean and calm. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Their system to search for the book you want is very effective. If they don’t have, they bring from other libraries and give you call when it is ready for collection.
