Poor service. Last time I used it my shirts weren't ready when they said they would be. Absolutely fine, it happens. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and dropped off more shirts a few weeks later. Again shirts not ready when they said they would be. Eventually picked up the shirts having given in for a wash & iron and they came back in worse shape than when I gave them in! Creased, not ironed and looked an absolute state. When I explained this to the person there they said, sorry and thanks for letting me know. Appreciate the apology but surely you'd offer something more considering? There's a better dry cleaners further up Brentford high street.

Saturday and Sunday there appears to be a lack of cleaning, and this has become worse over a year. Try giving feedback about the cleaning and you got threatened with the cops to be called. I found a dead worm on the tumble dryer the dust over the door just makes the clothes even dirtier.

Absolute con man. Avoid at all costs. Panache Dry Cleaners burnt both my linen trousers and linen suit jacket. Initially they had the audacity to claim the suit damage was inherited before the 'service', despite it being brand new. After multiple visits and unprofessional attempts to rid of my dispute, Mr Tamraz appeared to reimburse the full cost of the suit via cheque. Days later, I was surprised to receive a call saying they had somehow managed to salvage burnt material. By now, I had replaced the outfit believing the situation was rectified. Giving the business the benefit of the doubt, I visited the shop (for the fourth time) at the request of Mr Tamraz only to see an insulting attempt of a cover up. Irritated by the shocking business practice and general omission of customer service, again I had to explain I was not happy with the service. Without showing any regard for my disproval, Mr Tamraz explained that he had already cancelled the cheque previously issued for reimbursement!! Not only had he stopped the cheque, he had done so the night before I had even viewed the 'salvaged' suit. I was neither reimbursed for the suit or the cost of the service and spent multiple visits dealing with an unpleasant and shady ‘businessman’.

Despite the sign on their door instructing people to wear masks, the staff and many customers here do not wear them. I have experienced this on multiple occasions, it seems that their staff policy is to ignore government (and their own) instructions. Will not be coming back which is a shame as it is an otherwise decent launderette.

Very helpful friendly and not expensive at all.....recommend!!!!!
