Wow i have never been treated so badly by anyone like i have by this company. the so call manager Colin Hill. They ruin a £350 coat and i get attitude from the manager. beware of this company stay away. However, the dry cleaners (A touch of Elegance) a few doors down are great and very helpful.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE! Dropped off my suit over a week ago, visited yesterday to collect and they responded saying they lost it! It was a brand new suit, worn once and they said they cannot find it in the shop. They checked on computer, for what I'm not sure, and told me they would get back to me when they found it but they haven't!! So if you have anything you care about don't use these guys!!

Customer service is poor and the woman behind the counter looks like she hasn't cracked a smile since the 1960s, but they do do a good job.

I came to Blue Dragon laundry today on Saturday 19 at 4 pm (as written on the receipt) to collect my coat. the door was locked and the lady in the shop said that they are closed by 4 pm. I've tried to explain that I got a receipt to come at 4 pm, and its a one minute job. She didn't even let me in and kept talking to me through the shut glass door. Then she turned the lights off. Very disappointed.
