Fabulous service. I had my curtains cleaned and one pair shortened. Gregory is obviously a curtain pro, he handled my curtains with care and paid attention to detail when re-hanging them. He is also courteous and very personable. I'm delighted with the quick service and I'm delighted with my curtains! Highly recommend.

Great customer service! And very skilled people! This time for my small studio i wanted REAL professional and skilled people to do my cream carpet. And i was most happy to have great service from Chris for estimates and Charlie who did a fabulous job making my carpet come back to life! Money well spent!

Immaculate service. From booking, through estimating, to cleaning. They have really knowledgable employees who are thorough and care. Amazing results too. They do things correctly, the first time, with the right attitude (which I find isn't often the case here in London!).

very disappointing, my curtains lining are shredded. And I was not told of the possibilities beforehand. The cleaner was not helpful, and suggested that I would have to pay for them to be relined. DO NOT USE THESES SERVICES, IF YOU DO IT WILL BE RISKING YOUR GOODS TO BE DAMAGED

After seeing such positive reviews I was very disappointed with my experience of Pilgrim Payne's attempt to clean my curtains in situ. I can't even criticise the workmanship since nothing actually got done. This was because the gentleman managed to pull down my curtain rail and reckoned to stick it back up with some glue. He whinged and whined for about twenty minutes claiming he had not had anything like this in 15 years and then left in a very bad mood having taken a few photos. I rang the office to let them know the position and they seemed quite amused with the whole episode. The following day the whole rail fell down bringing the curtains with it.

I was really pleased to find out that this company was based locally. We needed a top to tail service that encompassed cleaning, relining and rehanging. They delivered! They even replaced the curtains with a temporary pair in the meantime! The finish was immaculate and the service was very personable. I can't recommend them enough for salvaging my mum's favourite curtains! Thank you!

Used this company for cleaning two sets of heavy curtains that had been up for several years. Good service from ringing up to make the appointment, to Gregory coming round to give a quote, then Gregory returning to take down the curtains for cleaning, then returning a week later to re hang them. So nice dealing with someone who is so experienced. Would definitely recommend this company.

My large white curtains and blinds were cleaned, washed and rehung to perfection during November 2020. When Ian, who was extremely helpful, professional, friendly, prompt and knowledgeable, rehung these in several rooms, they were gleaming white, clean and fresh, just as though they were brand new again.. Pilgrim Payne is the tops and Ian is a fine ambassador for such a superb company. MANY THANKS

We had a post builders sparkling clean and the service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, Maria and the team were extremely accommodating and the house was spotless when they left. We look forward to bringing them onto many projects in the future.
