There was a mistake done and my jacket came with a problem. The man there never admitted it. He was arrogant to me, never admitting or apologizing for what had happened. If you go there and something happens to your cloths, that man will talk to you like if people are naturally stupid with no sense of intelligence. I was a regular costumer and will never go back there again. People deserve to be respected. Easily I will start going somewhere else, being nicely treated as we all deserve.
