This used to be a good service until they installed a "new system". Now two weeks in a row they couldn't find my shirts. The last time I had forgotten the ticket and the woman working there (who claims to be the owner) insisted I must be mistaken as her computer showed no orders with my name. I had to walk all the way back home to get the ticket only to find when I returned that she had already found my shirts that she swore they did not have. Did I get a discount? Of course not. An apology? Nope. I got a shrug when I told her she had a bad attitude and I would be going to the cleaners across the street in the future.
