Premier Dryclean & Laundry london

Absolutely useless! I went there with a special jacket and the customer service I had was unacceptable. I accept that not all Dry Cleaners can do special items with leather however this place seemed to have no idea what they were talking about and when asked if they could recommend somewhere to go they said nowhere round here will do it. The guy I spoke to seemed to only know how to throw items in the machine and not actually how it all works! Terrible service.

3 day turnaround and my coat looks as good as new- very happy with the service.

My hotel down the street wanted to charge me over 50 pounds for a load of laundry. Here I got it all washed and folded for 20 pounds. Would use them again.

Best dry cleaners ever very fast afternoon or next day delivery. They also have very good quality service and very nice staff. 10 out of 10 for me

Asked to fix the holes on my jeans inner thighs and the person said £16. Then I accepted and once the receipt has been printed out it said Jeans tapering £16 which I did not ask for tapering. The person on the desk thought that I did not know what tapering means so I just asked I did not ask for tapering and he said that a small patch would still cost £16. This guy is trying to scam people. Avoid. Took my garment back. Never going back there again. Do not go here. Normal patch alterations in central London is less than £10 and this guy charges me £16 same as tapering.
