I've been using Elegance for 6 months now and I'm impressed each time. The gentleman is extremely polite and professional and has given me great advice. The service is superb and always delivered on time. My clothes and suits are given back like I've bought them brand new. Once you try these guys you won't go anywhere else! I wanted few of my trousers altered and had the best service with elegance dry cleaners at a very reasonable and affordable price compared to other dry cleaners in the area. I also used the dry cleaning service for my clothes that had a wine stain and was very pleased with the outcome!!!

Absolutely incredible service!! I have a Gucci messenger bag which unfortunately got damaged, the strap got cut, on a night out in the cloakroom once the security system had failed to release the strap. I was very unset over this as spending over £900 on a bag with very little use. I was going to purchase another one, however a friend recommended going to Elegance regarding bag repair, as they had a good experience, I thought why not give it a try. Out of curiosity I brought the bag into Elegance, extremely nice, reassuring staff, a very warm welcome, positioned expectations well, and the service was only about £12. I returned a few days later, and OH WOW OH WOW, I could not believe the results!! My messenger bag was as good as new, there is no way to tell it was ever damaged in the first place, as good as new, right down to the closest detail!!

One of the best dry cleaners around Their work is very professional and turned around my dry cleaning in a couple of hours. Will definitely be visiting again
