Elegance Dry Cleaners london

I went there twice before, a few years ago. The only thing I remember was the rudest Asian lady ever. Wonder how they have survived and stayed open till the present day.

My dress broke and I was hunting around for a safety pin to keep the strap together at 7pm - very kindly someone opened the door even though the shop was closed and found me one. A very appreciated act of kindness.

Rude and unprofessional owners who do not care about customer satisfaction. I was a regular customer here for dry cleaning unless last week I went back taking a dress as it was returned in a packet without dry cleaning . The owners started to accuse me and fight with me saying that I have worn the dress and insisted that they themselves dry cleaned my dress. This was a lie which they told shamelessly on my face. I wasted 12 quid here. I would request other customers to open and check the packets as soon as they return as they won't accept it later.

Rude stuff, the woman over there so rude, have no idea about customer service concept. Bascilly after I took the shirts from them I need it to iron again. It happened more than once when I complained about she started attacking me and giving me attitude, she said that’s what we can do. I was shocked to be honest, any other place would apologise and try to fix what went wrong. JUST AVOID AVOID And I don’t have already damaged shirts, my shirts cost minimum £100 each and now am perfectly fine after using another professional, decent dry clean

The service is mediocre at best... There is a cheaper place called "extreme dry cleaning" just a short 2 minute walk away. It does a better job with much better customer service all at a cheaper price Therefore I don't recommend coming here.

Extremely rude staff, things are never ready on time. They have a sign saying that they accept card payments over £10, but every time i ask to pay by card they claim that the machine “is not working”. I’d rather if they say cash only! I only go there because they are close, but i will find somewhere else, can’t be dealing with them anymore

I visit this dry cleaners every week and request their same day service for my work shirts and every two months for my bespoke suits. I am demanding and they have not let me down. Now that I have set the scene: Quality: Excellent Clothing care: 👌🏾 Politeness: Always Value: spot on

Helpful and friendly . Don't know a name nor how much dry cleaning is meant to cost but I love this place so much and it is near a wenzels which is always great for a morning pastry
