Really disappointing service - called for a quote for a sofa cover and was told £12-15 for base + £1-3 per cushion (so £19-36 total). On pickup I was charged £55. Wasn't called to be informed. Got a £5 discount on complaint but still way too much. I recommend you pay upfront or visit one of the many other laundrettes in Ealing.

I was amazed by the best customer service ever !!! I was served by a young man Jamil. He was extremely helpful and kind. I took up a lot of his time and he was 100% understanding. Definitely coming back here in the future after being served by him. I would recommend this place to others too.

Really good quality of work. I've used them twice for alterations and both times they delivered my clothes exactly as I wanted them. They're also really lovely people. I'd definitely recommend them.

Never felt the need to write a bad review for a business here before but I can’t warn people enough to avoid this one. I went here based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews on this page. I paid £15 for a small bag of laundry - wash and dry. On collecting, I discovered my new black sweatshirt to be totally shrunk. The worst part of the experience was the owner’s attitude on returning, I was made to feel like I should have expected this. He insisted that it was washed at 30 degrees when this couldn’t have possibly been the case. He offered no refund and no compensation. Be aware of the fake reviews here and avoid at all costs if you care about your clothes being returned to you as you left them.
