This is a pay per 3 hours lounge with an hourly surcharge thereafter. If I recall correctly it cost me £42-50 for four hours. It has a very limited selection of any two items to order from the menu. My experience was not great but it was better than sitting in the departures lounge. There does not appear to be any air conditioning and many travellers found the lounge to be far too hot for their liking. The one redeeming factor is the lovely showers (that you need to book) where you can wash and cool off before slipping into clean clothes for the flight.

I was there for a morning flight, so this is based on the breakfast session. If you can pick up a deal and book in advance, then this is worth spending out on. The food was OK, nothing stellar but it filled a hole. Good selection of fruits and cereals. The downsides were a lack of comfy seats (took a few minutes of circling to grab one) and only Diet Coke as a low sugar option on the tap soft drinks. Upsides, very good service (dirty plates were soon cleared)

Normally these lounges are dirty and marginally better than being in a pret at the airport; today was calm, clean and the food was somehow genuinely delicious! Must have been an accident that they cooked the chicken that well. Much better than my last visit to Plane Food.

Very nice lounge to go into and have breakfast in before our flight. Wouldn't normally do this so was a treat but enjoyed the choice of fruit and pastries etc, and unlimited coffee. As well as the item we could choose off the menu.

Clan and relaxing environment, helpful, professional and friendly staff. The food options and quantity is limited, but the quality is good. Electricity sources and charging points are plenty, but, here comes the but: many many of them are not working because of damage. I had to move and move and move until I found a functional point to charge my mobile. Obviously the damage is done by some rough customers, but for such a good place, maintenance and service should be on top of things.

Quite busy for a lounge, eventually quietened down after breakfast. Decent food although as other reviews said when I was researching this place. The food is replaced quite slowly so you're often left waiting for it to be refilled, a deliberate tactic I'm sure. Bar staff are excellent.

Am sitting here now, 08.45, and for the size of the lounge, the food that is provided is pretty minimal, scrambled egg, baked beans, sausage and bacon. Chewy Croissants, little buns fruit and yoghurt, cereal and coffee/tea and the bar is open for warm beer. For the price £28+ each and we got a discount to get it to that, I'm really disappointed...

Very nice, clean, comfy lounge. I didn't try the food, but the lady next too me liked their pasta so much she ordered multiple. Also, I received a daily menu and the options looked good and they make accommodations for vegan and gluten-free travelers.
