Lufthansa Business Senator Lounge london

The staff is very unpleasant. While in Germany you would get people smiling at you and making you feel welcome, here it is like they have some inherent dislike towards customers either not saying anything at all and just grabbing your plate from in front of you or starting to clean up the table in front of you with cleaning rugs while you are still sitting there as if you made such a disgusting mess that it needs to be cleaned up right away. Such a negative atmosphere that it feels better sitting outside than in the lounge.

Not bad at all. Do&Co food. Attentive personnel. Nice location. Could potentially improve by relocating the food area. Other than than this, would recommend it anytime.

Well organized, very comfortable, but not very big. I have been a few times to the Lufthansa Senator Lounge in Heathrow Terminal 2 and at times it feels very comfortable, but unfortunately some other times it gets really packed that it becomes unbearable. That is to be expected of course, as it's the nearest lounge after security check and all Gold Star Alliance passengers have access to it. Food offerings are usually very good and well varied with plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. There is a special area with recliner chairs which is great for a quick nap, as well as excellent toilets. Wifi is free and fast too. Highly recommended.

Very nice, comfortable and quiet place to work or relax before flight. Catering is fine, wide variety of food, snacks and beverages available, with regular service picking up dishes. Internet connectivity is fast and reliable and plenty of seating spaces available too.

Sorry, hated it. Too crowded, populated by business men all of whom seemed to have 3 carry on bags blocking the aisles, or children screaming. The food was devastatingly average and limited in scope. About one in three of the people there were either coughing or sneezing so I gave up after ten minutes and went to join the great unwashed public where there was space, quiet, lots to look at, comfortable seating, departure screens easily seen, shops to browse, an altogether nicer experience. I'll never darken their doors again. Rubbish. Supposed to be exclusive. Huh!

Fine lounge. Has cold as well as warm food. Also wine and beer and softdrinks. All in all a standard business lounge as you would expect

The worst lounge i have been ..low quality ..cheap food and drinks ..honestly very basic food.u can have better food just on the corner pub ...they r using the worst chealest ingreadiance for making food..also. not very clean ..and this is not my first timebeing hear . They r not able to prove a better service ..i found a pice of plastic in my food ..they told me that was the onion skin...i told them dont think.i am. Stupd... ye and i am came from another planet ..drinks qyslity is yuckkkkk . Need a good profession manager there whos got tast about the quality ...

It's ok. Quite utilitarian. Rather crowded now, both times I've visited. Senator lounge is currently closed. Lack of allergens labelling on their food and drinks.
