Genuinely do not waste your time. Terrible venue, terrible staff

Not too sure where these 1* ratings complaining about it being a small town club with rude staff and high prices... staff seemed friendly enough and bouncers were just typical bouncers. For reference as well, Richmond IS a small town, and has London prices wherever you go! If this club was in for example, Henley, people would love it! Decent night if your expectations aren't for it to be an equivalent Ministry of Sound or Fabric night out!

AWFUL door staff. Rude, and a little like a small Town nightclub. Completely at odds with the friendly atmosphere that Richmond upon Thames is known for. Such a shame as it had so much potential. Although I guess if you’re a 24 year old boy you’d be fine ( as the place is 100% full of 24 year old boys).

Been a couple of years since I was last here, back then was single. Missus was itchin to dance. Went with another couple who can be a bit of a bore, all had a great night tho. Cheers to the door guy who reminded me I arrived with a jacket that Id totally forgotten about, had my house keys in! Legend

We had a great time here last night perfect way to end the day. Cocktails were amazing and great value and the music kept us on the dancefloor all night. Will plan to come back soon

If I could leave 0 stars I would, we literally walked up to the bouncer sober and he immediately declared we were too drunk to go inside and told us to leave. We didn’t have anything to drink before hand. Do NOT come here unless you want to be turned away by old white bouncers.

After 2 lockdowns we thought something gonna change. Before it wasn’t brilliant but now is even worst than before. Very rude customer service especially on the bar. Not worth to even spend there 10 pounds.

Im not one to write a review, but I thought I had to about this place! Firstly, they are sexist and do not let men in, I as a woman was very offended by it, I saw a number of men trying to get in and they were refused entry because they were men! The bouncers were so horrible and nasty towards all of their guests. The bar staff were also very horrible and not welcoming at all. My friend had a few drinks in there and was drunk but not on the floor, they kicked us all out, simply because he was just sitting at the table minding his own business not hurting anyone! This place is very horrible and not a good night out. The staff are extremely nasty and not welcoming at all! I would give it no stars if I could! Horrible place ! Do not go here!
