Syon Lounge london

Gave this place another try last night after being so disappointed with the service in my last visit and I can safely say i will not be coming back. Upon entry the staff advised us that it is a minimum spend of £30 per person which we agreed to. As we finished, we asked for the bill and the waiter said you just pay at the door. We went to pay and the guy asked where our bill was?! Didn’t make any sense. He then gave us the bill to pay, I took out my card and was advised it was “cash only”. No signs up, no telling people upon entry and I certainly didn’t have £150 in cash laying around?! He said the card machine is “down” for the night which is a classic tactic and advised to go to the cash machine by the toilets. As we went, the cash machine isn’t even free! It’s charged! So we got royally done over by this place this evening and completely unapologetic. Customer service here is just horrific and gets worse with every visit. Definitely not coming back anymore.

Chill vibes with good music. Hookah was on the good side of nice and Moroccan tea was great! The spot is a bit overpriced given that it's in Brentford but you can definitely consider it an upscale West London lounge. Would probably go again.

One of my best lounge. It's peaceful and the place, the food is great in taste too. Would definitely recommend for any occassion. Truly a romantic getaway.

NEVER EVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN. We have visited last night for friends birthday with the worse experience ever. Called prior for table booking and was advised no booking can be made just turn up and there’s always a table. Not mentioning waiting time around 1.5-2 hours. We had to stand in the queue with freezing weather. Asked the security for the waiting time and was told we are preparing the table. Every 15-20 min we wanted to leave but security kept assuring we are next for a table of 6. After driving there for 1 hour and not to ruin friends birthday we kept waiting. We saw people leaving with big disappointment as there were no food and drinks served. So why have they asked for us to wait. Lot of people in the queue were also complaining as they have all been asked to come in as there is always a table: we have asked to speak to someone from management and the guy stood in front of us for 1 minute listening to our complaint and walked off saying you need to wait for a table until it becomes available. No sorry for misleading information no attempt to make us little bit more happy. Service appalling staff very rude. The place only attracts customers by using bloggers.

Amazing service, amazing food and extremely friendly staff. One of the best lounges in London. Will definitely be returning!

I’ve been here multiple times and have always had a great time. The music is always on point and very diverse catering to all crowds. The service is always exceptional. On my most recent visit we were looked after by Vaseem who was constantly checking up on us to make sure our experience was pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

I attended Syon lounge for the first time today and I must say I've had a great experience. Fahd the waiter provided absolutely 1st class service. I will definitely be coming again with friends and family from all over the UK.

Three girls wanting a change from the obvious restaurants. So we decided to come to Syon Lounge. We had an amazing evening with lovely sushi for dinner, great hospitality and great shisha made by Fahad! Staff were really friendly, Thank you for a great night!
