Had a great three course dinner here on Saturday! Our waitress was extremely attentive, especially once we mentioned a nut allergy. She double checked everything with her manager and kitchen staff before serving and recommended the best sharer! Restaurant wasn't too busy when we arrived so definitely got the best service possible. Happy to return and recommend to anyone!

I enjoyed my quick and impromptu meal out in Uxbridge. It was tasty and delicious which fed our needs. Great location and atmosphere. Staff were welcoming and informative of the menu. Recommend a visit to all and definitely would return again when in Uxbridge.

From the outset the staff were very attentive. Asked me about any allergies and really provided a great service. The food was tasty and wife and kids enjoyed it. Great memory for my daughters birthday.

Well the food in here is okay. Nothing particularly special about it as is normal Italian chain food fayre. However there is nothing wrong with it for a moderately priced place out for a quick meal. The drinks are at the top end of the expected price range, but the again the place is right in the centre of Uxbridge and will have high overheads. The staff are reasonably friendly but do not seem particulaly bothered to server you, even when the rest of the place is not busy. Hence slightly poor marks for the service compared to the norm.

Good as always. I visited Bella with my family. We really enjoyed our meal. We had to wait a little bit but restaurant was busy and it was not too long. Food was lovely. My pasta with seafood and pepperoni pizza. And my son loved the food and the visit. Nice staff, happy to recommend food. Thank you!

With prices that are slightly on the higher end, this place is confusing as being something between a fancy eatery in terms of prices and a fast food chain/pub in terms of ambience and experience. The staff was polite and helpful, and the food was nice and fresh, but nothing outstanding. Would recommend if you are in the mood for pricey pasta that tastes Ok'ish. Maybe the popularity is due to the selection of alcoholic beverages (which I had no interest in) since most, if not all, orders were focused more on bar orders rather than food orders.

Amazing service, Matthew and the team ensured our dining experience was top notch. The team went above and beyond to deliver a good service even though the restaurant was really busy given the Christmas lights turn on was happening on the same day. Recommend the lasagne and chocolate brownie for chocolate lovers!

Staff and food wonderful, only not 5 stars as the portion size (salmon pollo) particularly was small. But could not fault the staff the food quality or speed of service in a half full restaurant. Will definitely visit again.

Bella Italia Uxbridge Just been now to the restaurant with a lot of tables free, in excess of 10/12 all free & Adriana tells us that the only table that was available was by the one by the door. I stated that there were so many tables that were free however she then says that all the tables are booked & gonna be filled within half hour….a few reservations I understand but she blatantly just didn’t want to give us any other table other that the one by the door. I have a 6yr old with me but she didn’t seem to care whatever. Very rude & unhelpful lady to have right at the front Bella Italia, not at all impressed!!!!

The restaurant, the vibe, the staff and the location is good. However, they were a bit short staffed when we visited the place. Order placement and billing took longer than expected. Good pizzas and flatbreads.
