Usually find all I need for small DIY projects at this Wickes branch so the range of products are good. Own brands from my experience are very good and decent value. Usually someone around to ask questions and staff friendly. This branch has a kitchen showroom/installation planning.

Haven’t been to Hanger Lane for a few months. Used to be ordinary, today was absolutely superb. Clean, well stocked, very nicely presented generally. More staff too. Regrettably I’ve forgotten the name of the lady that helped me (reddish haired, used to work at Wembley) - she’s a real credit to herself and the business. Keep up the good work!

customer care was mixed, but the offerings are good at this time as they have clearance goods.

This place has been here years and years but it looks the same and could do with brighter floors and displays. Great shopping as always but need modernisation as it doesn't look like you'd want to go inside. Also not a lot choices in-store compared to other branches.

As a general builder who lives up the road from this branch I have to say it’s as if they just don’t care about their customers. I used to be a regular here who would spend about £10,000 a month in this branch, now I do my best to go elsewhere. Today I just needed some duct tape so thought I’d run in and grab it here. I regret it now, I should of gone elsewhere. It starts with being harassed by about 20 Eastern European’s asking for work, you have to walk around them as they swarm you, very uncomfortable and as they are on wickes premises I don’t understand why they are not told to leave. Secondly the duct tape is nearly twice the price of anywhere else including small local DIY shops which is shocking Lastly there is only one girl on the till and a queue of 16 customers, some with very large trollers of items. There are plenty of staff walking around but absolutely none of them have any interest in serving a customer. Now I know why I stopped shopping here. I am sorry to say but I will never return and in my opinion whoever manages that branch shouldn’t be a manager as they are clearly in able of doing the job required.

Wickes have done us a quality service. From the moment we walked into the store in Alperton we received a service second to none. The missus is happy and so am I. The pictures don't lie. The door completed/ fitted today looks amazing. Wickes 5* service from ordering to the delivery service from Price Xpres on behalf of Wickes.

I normally have received a good delivery service from Wickes, except this time, when the company wickes used to deliver 14 bags of 20mm gravel to my address, REFUSED to deliver the items in the back garden. Wickes states in the confirmation order email the following: "Delivery type: to your door. This includes delivering your order to a ground floor front door, garage or garden where accessible externally" . My house is an end-of- terrace with a wide 10m sidewalk pathway leading to my back garden. The courier refused to do that, called his manager and confirmed that Wickes SHOULD NOT send that email to customers?!?!?! This sounds to me like a big disconnect between Supplier and Delivery agent, which makes the whole experience poor and ridiculous. Dear Wickes, choose carefully your Delivery agency, because this is how you lose customers.

The order was missing so I came to talk to customer service. The old lady who works at the till there I dont know her name was so rude. She asked me to call them so I told her it's your job to call as I order the kitchen from this store. Also the other women who works there at the till never smile or welcoming customer . I advice wickes to do some training in customer service .
