Cut great hair, very attentive could do with cutting back on the selling add ons (no puns intended).

It has taken me a long time to come to terms in how I was treated regarding a dispute with my hair colour. The owner herself was not helpful at all and was not happy to except they have ruin my hair. Instead of trying to rectify the colour she just argued. So disgusting especially when you are paying good money. I would not advice anyone to go there. I should have taken matters further but I hate confrontation so I quietly walk away. As a owner you should have been more accommodating and helpful. Very bad customer service!

I was absolutely shocked by treatment I received by rude, older blon lady who represented herself as owner. I had an appointment booked and reconfirmed 3 times. When I went here this woman just said sorry, finally we can’t do it as the-employee had left and i am busy and have some personal things to do. When I confronted her and demanded to find a solution since this was their fault and i had an important event which is why i had a hair appointment she just walked away and said I don’t care!!! Completely shocked, never been treated this way

I'm very happy to recommend this business, the staff are lovely and always friendly and do good very quality haircuts.

Been coming to this salon for years now. When you walk in to the salon its a warm friendly vibe. Greeted lovely and professionally. Been with all the staff and each one takes time and interest in you and your hair. My colour cut and style is always done exactly the way I want it, if not better. Won't go anywhere else. Thank you Platinum for always making my hair lovely!

I have Only recently been going to platinum hair and absolutely love the salon all the ladies in the hairdressers are lovely and welcoming and make me feel very comfortable. I would like to especially thank crystal as she makes my hair look amazing every week !! And I always look forward to my weekly appointments with her she is fantastic.. I would recommend this salon to everyone for sure .. thank you all.
