This Salon is the best on the High Street by far. The staff are so friendly I felt utterly at ease. They really know their stuff about cuts and products. I have extremely fine hair and its in a weird growth phase after loosing lots and growing back some post kids. Amy knew exactly what to do and gave me lots of advice on managing and maintaining it too.

I booked my 10 month old baby boy in for his first haircut today at 1pm. We arrived at 12.55pm and a lady brought out a little car for him to sit in and put him in front of a mirror. 25 minutes later, nobody had so much as acknowledged how long we were waiting, let alone apologised. The hairdresser on whom we were waiting was cutting someone’s hair in the next seat and didn’t even acknowledge our existence. 10 month olds are hardly renowned for their patience so I had to walk out, as my son was getting too upset. Not to mention the lack of assistance with trying to get a buggy in the very heavy door when we arrived, even though two staff members were standing in front of it. I am appalled at the service, or lack thereof, that we received there today. They absolutely ruined what should have been a lovely first for us.
