Very friendly staff and full of knowledge. Spent time with me explaining what everything on the car does (although will still be finding new things in weeks to come!) They sorted out all the paperwork, number plate change over, tax etc which saved me time. Marcus was incredibly helpful! From the moment I saw an Audi RS3 appear, I called and left a refundable deposit. After deliberation I didn’t end up purchasing the car as it was too small going from a 5 series. However, Marcus completely understood and was incredibly helpful from start to end. I have taken my car to this Audi Specialist twice now and I cannot recommend them enough. One of the most genuine and honest car dealerships I have ever been to as they take the time to explain faults in the car in detail, and recommend the most cost effective way to repair these. I was extremely impressed with the high standard of customer care and service from the moment the car was dropped off to when the car was picked up. All staff were so helpful especially Marcus, who put me at ease even when I was nervous to drive away in the courtesy car given to me! Alex and the team at Fontain made buying a car easy, despite living an exceptionally long distance from them. Alex was more than willing to put up with all our daft questions, to provide us videos and information, and to spend as much time with us as we needed on the day. At no point did I feel I was talking to a pushy salesman, just a man who, to use his own words, doesn't like "boring" cars, and makes sure he knows what he's selling. Likewise the folks in the workshop put visible effort into preparing the car for us. We've managed to buy a gem of a car that we're over the moon with. I'll definitely consider buying from Fontain again in the future.
