**Update** Still no second key, no call backs, no response to emails. Constantly just fobbed off by their completely disengaged reception staff. We are now on Month 4 with no key and will just keep updating every month that this is not resolved. Dealt with a good sales person and the car has been great, The reasons for the low rating are the following: 1. We arrived at 9:00 am for our hand over and didn't get to leave with the car until 16:00pm. There was some confusion addresses that were rectified in the morning but no real reason for the rest of the delay. 2. They only gave us one key and told us the other was stored at a "central location" its three weeks later and we don't have the second key. 3. I part exchanged a car that has finance outstanding and they have not cleared the balance, resulting in me being debited for my old car as well. I am told that this will be returned, but I have called this morning and they have still yet to clear the balance. As someone who runs a business and understands the transnational process, I know that there is no excuse for this, just either bad organisation or unethical cash-flow management. A real shame, as we found the sales representative very personable and we were happy to buy from her, but the all other aspects of the process really lets the whole place down. The person below invited me to discuss this with him for resolution, had no reply from him and still have my issues outstanding UPDATE Revised to one start because I still have no second key and had to turn up in person unexpected just to get them to do the paperwork on my trade in. Also, don't believe the fascicle replies to these comments, I made several attempts on email and phone to contact this person who apparently gives a shit. he doesn't.. Stack them high sell them not so cheap that is the business model of all gutter companies.

Very very disappointing! Don’t bother to use their online service booking tool - they don’t reply! I tried 3 times over a month to get someone to talk to me also about refinancing and despite numerous promises was never called back. On one occasion they even said they wouldn’t put the effort in to run some numbers as I probably wouldn’t be interested. When we finally got things sorted, the part was late in coming (and was wrong), although in fairness they then sorted me out a loan car at the last minute which was good. When I picked my car up they had lost both my children’s car seats. Not only that they had stripped my car of all personal items and had no idea where they were. After 3 requests to find them and deal with it I’m a week on and still waiting for a reply. No interest in dealing with me. Needless to say they didn’t even stamp the service book but I don’t know why I’m surprised. And don’t use their Hendon branch either - same deal there too! Overall a really really dreadful level or service and now I’m about £200 out of pocket to replace the items as they have never followed up despite face to face request and 2 emails.

Completely ignored. My wife and I went there with a hope to buy new twin engine XC90, emailed the configuration code same day as requested - no reply. Called them few days later and was told that they have some email issues but was assured that we'd be called back - week later - still nothing. If you don't want my £70K don't worry someone else will. Will contact Volvo HQ about it.

*update* STAY AWAY!! Awful awful place, they employ cowboy sales techniques. Me and my partner had the price of a car go up on us twice due to "mistakes". One car we paid a deposit on to be told the price was £5k higher than the paperwork we'd been given!!! STAY AWAY!! Update You get a copy and paste response, haha! As if you care. They also promised to get us our deposit back in the morning, still nothing. I have complained directly to Volvo as these guys shouldn't be representing the brand.

Just purchased a Volvo V60cc from West London Volvo cars and couldn’t be any more happier with the car. It has more than met my expectations. This car is very comfortable and the quality is exceptional. Certainly a breath of fresh amongst the sea of BMW’s and Audi’s. By no means a sports car but that wasn’t the intention. More than makes up for build quality and style. The car has a great ambience. Avery capable machine. The menus are very intuitive and surprisingly very easy to navigate quickly. I soon found myself in a very familiar place despite all the in car tech. Big thank you to Sahal for arranging viewing of the car at very short notice especially so late in the day due to work commitments and especially Martin as point of sales and contact through out the whole process. I felt the service was exceptional and I was made to feel very accommodated. Communication was great 👍 Big thanks to Martin and the team at Volvo.

We had an amazing experience to be honest and we had a lovely gentleman whose name was Samuel Suarez who definitely helped us choose the perfect car. To be honest we were in between a BMW or a Volvo but Samuel definitely sold the Volvo to us. We just received the car yesterday and he went through everything in detail. Just Great Volvo Service. I tend not to write reviews, and when I have it is only when I have received exceptional service. Well, today is the day for a review. I am writing to say a big thank you to Mark Brown and Chris Wall of West London Volvo, who went the extra mile to help sort out a missing locking wheel nut, which has enabled me to change my tires before a long drive to Denmark just after Christmas. It is this sort of service, and it has to be said kindness, which is the reason I have stuck with Volvo for so many years. In this day an age it is rather nice to be able to say thank you.

Ridiculous.... It is really awful experiences after a full bubble of lies and stories from CHRIS WALL. My car sent in for exchanging driver side seat base earlier this year. The trims around the door had been damaged and scratched during the replacement. The paint has been damaged as well. I asked for repairing all the damaged part since April but it did not been solved at all! After calling several times for the same issue, Chris the only person known but never booking or ordering the part for me. Nobody else can help with this situation. Engine oil shows overfilled more than 3 times over this year but the issue still there.... I have been travelled over 8 times for same issue. Kind of waste of time with contacting with Chris cuz this man looks like dead-hard working 7/24 and no reply. Just by visiting this dealer ship 1 hour ago, I had been booked for a Loan car by the servicing time earlier but actually they did not have this option for me when I arrived. It will be hard to believe what Chris promised to call back or booked in. But I have to accept what he said. Really disappointed about all those existing stories. Don't know if they can fix my car properly in the future time....
