Berry Heathrow BMW & MINI london

We received great service from Berry Heathrow when we purchased a Mini Countryman. We had weekly updates from the staff on how our car was moving through the production line. The entire process was smooth and painless. We're also very delighted with the car!

(Good customer service. On the phone you could wait and wait for someone to pick up unless you calling sales, they will answer straight away. So i wanted to get to service no one would answer. I called 5 times. So i tried service. Straight away i called and asked him to put me through. He said nicely he would.(Arab or Eastern European) he put the phone down on me. He was in the mini sales. Berry can do better. They do try to be good but seems like sometimes they don't care.

BMW Berry Heathrow lost me as a customer when my car went in for a service and they ripped my dash cam off the windscreen. It was a BMW Advanced Car Eye installed by them some years ago. It has a side button to press down and power off. Car returned to me with cam hanging off one wire and other two left disconnected. No apologies whatsoever. Considered giving them a second chance on the condition they do not touch the dash cam. Informed by service manager it is their “company policy” to disconnect dash cams. Requested a copy of the policy and e-mail received stating to accept the e-mail as confirmation of the policy. Surely if you have a policy on disconnecting dash cams then there must be instruction within the policy on how to reconnect cameras - or deal with different brands. Asked service manager if it would be to okay for me to demonstrate the on/off button on cam. Informed that this would not be possible and the camera would be disconnected. Safe to say they have lost a long-term customer.

Berry BMW West Drayton made buying a used car a pleasurable experience! We were looked after from start to finish by Paul Stokes the Sales Executive. It was great doing business with someone who has exceptional interpersonal skills, an asset to the team.

After initially trying to fob me of having brought my vehicle in on a recall, luckily I made the booking with their head office so I know exactly what they could and couldn't do, told me I needed to come back the following day despite booking for 3pm that day. When I told him I'd made the booking with head office he rapidly changed his tune and had the vehicle seen to almost immediately. Chancers

I have purchased my BMW iX3 M Sport from Berry Heathrow BMW, so I can’t comment on the reliability; what I can review is the level of Customer Service is obviously of primary importance. Danielle Davis(Senior Corporate Account Handler) was engaging, knowledgeable, and helpful when we wanted to chat. Excellent communication throughout the purchase made me comfortable that I was in safe hands. I found the whole experience 5* and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my friends, family and work colleagues. Thanks, Danielle; once again, outstanding customer service as always. Very excellent service Bright and cheerful manner from all staff. Purchase was smooth and efficient and I was kept informed at all times about the progress of my car purchase via my chosen email route. Warren was excellent at responding quickly to my texts or emails and was able to give a really efficient handover of the car with nothing too much trouble ie selection of vehicle settings, phone pairing , vehicle functionality- especially as new electrical features were a bit of unknown to me. Richard was great and supportive and helped seal the deal with the finance. I will be a long term customer at this dealership.

Why don't you guys park your sales cars in your premises? Why parking your cars on the road when residents cannot park? You guys have plenty of space in your site so please manage your space and don't block all the roads with your sales cars. A bit of respect and consideration for others will be very much appreciated

Very pleased with the service I received from the whole team at Berry Heathrow. Darren Price who was the service advisor on the day was extremely helpful and professional. Darren explained everything to me in a very nice way and made sure that I am 100% satisfied with the service and repair before I collected my car.
