I had a poor experience here, sales staff didn't really know much about the car I was interested in, didn't really sell me the car, just left me to it. I appreciate car sales has changed a lot over the years, but customer service is still important and it is that which separates one from the other, especially in a market place where the customer has so much choice. There was no one on hand to answer questions, and when I finally did find someone, they knew nothing. Update 16/09/2019 General manager from this dealership reached out to me and apologised, talked through the issues experience. Hence changed star rating, from two to four.

Unfortunately not a positive experience here. I paid to reserve a vehicle and booked an appointment to view and test drive the vehicle on Sunday, obviously with the hope of purchasing it. When I turned up to my appointment I was greeted by a member of staff that said the person I was meant to have an appointment with had called in sick, so they wouldn't be able to do anything for me because it "wasn't their sale", furthermore they don't actually make any sales on the weekend because the "admin team doesn't work". The actual vehicle had a higher mileage and price as advertised, it hadn't been cleaned and there was a cigarette burn hole in the passengers seat which wasn't disclosed. I think most importantly they should disclose that they don't do sales on the weekend because we travelled a very long way!

NOT a good experience - took DS3 in for a service then they rang late in the day to say they could not finish the job and I would have to bring it back another day. They had the parts in stock but would not take the time to finish it that day. Spoke to the manager and received a standard 'Sorry ...'. Had bought several cars there but they were indifferent. Will go elsewhere in future. UPDATE - The additional work required was done at another dealer. It appears Robins & Day Peugeot Chiswick replaced the rear tyres instead of the front ones which was part of the servicing work needed. So not only was the work only partially done, what WAS done was done incorrectly and we were billed for it. Will NOT be returning. WILL be asking for a refund when we have the full report on the issues. How can a dealer be poor at both customer service and car servicing? Hard to understand.

This is the only place I will take my Peugeot to after many years of being ripped off by other Mechanics. Great service and the staff here are super friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Gary as he is the guy who makes sure everything is sorted. I'm always happy with the work on my car and it also gets a much needed clean too!. The hot chocolate from the machine is super tasty too :) and my little boy who's 5 loves the showroom. Big thank you to the team for always making me feel valued as a customer :)

He really listened to me, asked about my monthly budget and gave a deal that I could afford and be happy with. Excellent customer service and loving my new Peugeot e-208.
