I thought they were brilliant. Patient and helpful. The car is fantastic and they only sell what they would drive themselves. Explains everything to you. Finance was a real difficulty but even so they could have sold the car but they didn't. Always answered the phone, never delayed and great support. Will continue to buy from Kassam Cars
