My car was hit by one of their employee with their company car but no one takes responsibility. They have promised to contact me, but it looks they've forgotten to keep their promise. If they have no morals in this case, I guess their products and services are sold without morals too. Dear customer if you are reading this review and it is still online, it means they did not bother solving it - don't be fooled by a cheesy reply.

I requested a loan car for the day of my service and was told one would be provided. Upon arrival I was told there were no loan cars available on a Saturday, however I had been reassured by a member of staff that one would be provided for me as a special exception when discussing this over the phone a few days before, due to wrong information being provided on the website when I made my booking. After explaining this multiple times to the staff on site that day, a car was finally provided albeit for only around two hours which made the whole process pointless. There were no issues with the servicing of my car, however it had not been washed or vacuumed as promised when I came back to collect it. Not very happy with the overall experience if I'm being completely honest, I expected a much higher level of customer service from VW, regardless of the fact that the service centre opening hours are shorter on a Saturday.

Great showroom, however Bunch of clowns that work for them, rude staff and know nothing about cars They transfer your calls and say they will call you back when no one does. They will book your name under another persons name. If your looking for great customer service then this dealership is NOT THE ONE !!

I had a problem here a while ago. However they compensated me with a car clean and full tank of petrol which was a nice gesture. Angela was absolutely amazing on reception. Friendly, welcoming and had that personal touch. Thank you!

Absolutely Wouldn’t recommend buying car from them, a unreliable customer service and they just catching you when you want to buy after you payed your deposit they just focus to sales not focusing to customers requests they selling 2-wheel drivers instead 4-wheel drive and he didn’t attend that what we told him about the car information which we wanted to buy .he come to use with paper work and encourage us to signature the contract made sure that everything is right and we trust them that they sell the right car to us and everything is alright but it wasn’t. When we paid deposits and was happy but the day for delivery the car the seller was not able to get us and the customer service was so lower than I expected the woman who answered the phon was angry . They have promised to contact me, but it looks they've forgotten to keep their promise. After finally 3 days they said you can come to collect the car and when we attend the paper and information that we realize that the car is 2 wheel drive not that we requested so we go there and because of their wrongful information we would to changed the car with the other or canceled .we request for our deposit back but they said you signed the contract and it’s not refundable you deposit £500 is gone. They promise to keep my £500 and found another car to help me to my deposit be protected but even one time they didn’t call me they ignored me totally and the problem is when we was there we hade some money which just would like to spend that but they encourage us to finance buy that car they just focus to sell not to care about customers and they don’t care that what coming to affect you. their products and services are sold without morals too.
