The most horrid delivery man ever! Told me to unload the pallet he threw on the street despite being pregnant with no help and a 2 year old in the house. Then huffed and puffed and threw it in my hall when I said I physically couldn’t lift 9 parts of a bed and mattress. The mattress was ripped but he said he’d sign the delivery was ok for me- I said no. He probably ripped it when he dragged it across the road. He then left the pallet in the road in London and said he wouldn’t take it I had to deal with it. I called geodis they said they’d had many complaints about this driver and would get him to collect that day but he didn’t. I had to call the Council to remove. Hideous service and damaged goods to add to it. Avoid

Such a shame that in this day and age people still have no manners. It's 2017 you rude man! Don't take a call if you are not interested and respect who you are speaking to. You are not above anyone.

Wszystko szybko i sprawnie. Formalności uproszczone do minimum ludzie w porządku bardzo uczyni.

Poorly ran freight forwarding company, no professional mannerisms from the staff and managers. Staff remembers lack basic people skills. It is not about what you know to be appreciated, unfortunately, it’s who you know.

Lazy people, they are to stupid to handle your staff. I will not recomand this company to anyone. They dont care about customer.
