It is good, you just need to be aware as they can be quite cheeky with add ons or extras.

Went to drop off a camera system for E-Infinity. So, can only review the staff: very nice and friendly, especially Amy.

It does its thing. Bit spooky inside when no-one is there.

Old building, the lift in there is like something out of the last century, hilarious!, staff helpful. Overall good value for money.

Safe 'n' Sound

Happy to recommend Access Ealing. Our belongings were stored there for nearly 1 year before we were able to return for them. Everything was secure, dry and in excellent condition. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Thank you! HOWEVER, it took nearly 4 weeks and endless telephone calls for the refund from Access (for 2 week unused rental) to be credited to our bank account.

I have no hesitation in posting 5 stars! I would give a 10 if I could. Amazing customer service. The staff is so lovely, helpful and professional. All of them! I'm impressed and grateful. Special thanks to Lindsay.

Stand-up access to own alarmed locker room. No need to call fetch a palette! Staffed reception with packaging materials during office hours; out of hours access available with trolleys and toilet. Fairly expensive and insurance required. Temperature of top floor varies with season. Cleanliness and structural quality differ from site to site. Ealing is clean enough.

Very easy to use. The location is very good. Staff is very helpful. The security system is excellent. Will keep using them.
