Safestore Self Storage Hayes london

First experience with Safe store and it was excellent. All 3 staff I spoke with were polite, kind, helpful, well mannered and trained with related information. I received honest suggestions. It was easy to register and with in minutes we were ready to move in our stuff. Its not just storage but they take your deliveries and inform you once its arrived. This is really convenient, you don't have to worry to be home. They have trolleys and tail pump too to help move stuff. For insurance you can get your own if you are not happy with one of theirs. There is parking and no traffic in that area. You can access 24 hours and there are CCTV. So far all good.

AVOID THIS STORAGE !!! I was with this store for two months and gave them two weeks notice. I went on a monday and signed off handed back the keys, they said I will get back £40 refund by thursday, Three weeks passed and i didn't receive any refund instead i was charged £280 for one extra month. It has been 10 days i constantly call no one cares to resolve my issue everytime i call they manager is dealing with it but no answer yet. this storage is just a scammer that's it.

I have never seen worse Safestore than this. Direct debit was taken even though I had given notice to vacate the room. The person in reception just could not be bothered to apply the notice to my account and he should have given me a notice form to sign, which he didn't. What a useless employee. When I ask questions about my account, balances etc he always referred me to the manager who spends more time outside the store than helping customers. This is a joke really. I changed to Safestore Hanworth and even though it is much further, it is what I really expect.

Very messy place and there are always big lorries either blocking the entrance or parked in a way that you can not find get to premises easily. My mum had some issues with payment - different amount for the same room every week. The manager could not explain these discrepancies and when I need to talk to him, he is always away on a lunch break. Besides, when it is quiet two people sit in the office doing nothing and during this time floor could be swept, toilet could be cleaned etc Don't recommend this store. Be careful and always check your receipts as you may be surprised one day.

They think the rest of the world is dumb when they can raise a simple bill of 62£ to 307£ in the space of 3 weeks and even justify calling you like you really owe them that!! Nothing but a bunch of thieves be wary of establishing a direct debt with them! I have the paper trail to prove it!!!

Very simple and straightforward system. The staff are brilliant and they always try to provide you the best options and solutions. The only downside is that you can't access the site 24/7 like it used to be. Also bare in mind that you don't have to purchase a locker from them, so if you use your own locker you save money!

The member of staff who helped us arrange this could not have been more helpful. Straightforward and easily arranged. The process of storing our goods was easy!

Safestore Hayes got a 5 star from me when i moved into a 75sqft unit, and safely stored my possessions for appx. 3 months. They are a very helpful team and always go the extra mile to help you whatever you need. I had the same pleasant experience when I moved out of my unit and took all my possessions to my new home. Been using this lockup for years now with my company, staff very helpful and have gone the extra mile for me at times when I’ve requested certain things. feel that my items are safe there and staff are on the ball with most things. Manager is helpful and has his head screwed on.
