Excellent experience! Rooms are easy to access, site is clean and well organised. I loved the fact that the site manager is always available and he called by my name. I couldn’t ask for a better personal touch. In addition I have contacted Costumer Service and they are just as helpful. Highly recommended And prices are good.

What you get quoted on the phone is not the same as when you turn up and view.Beware all the added fees that will also be applied. Reply Update. I moved over to your competitor a 100 yards away.I sent an email asking why i was charged £33 a month insurance and got no reply.I also to be refunded any days not used that i paid for.I got no reply. Sums up the service really.

I just rent a storage (35sqmt) and my experience start very well. All the staff are highly qualified and helpful. I appreciated the fact that in the storage there is a big lift to be able to carry your things on the various floors and the availability of a trolley to be able to carry more things at the same time. The storage is really clean and there is already a plan for the new year for maintenance. What to say, you can't ask for more!

All was good initially , then received notice that suddenly my fee was doubling in one go. Not sure what inflation index they follow unless there's one called 'sharp practice'?
