I paid for a couple of storage boxes, and thereafter thought to change the size of one. I was told refunds and changes were not possible. Be sure what you want before you pay.

The parking is a bit limited here, but the customer service is excellent. There's another storage company across the road but this store seems more secure and the building seems newer (the other one has windows like a school building).”

Great storage facility. The access is disabled friendly and they have good options for customers to buy storage and packing boxes on site, which is perfect when you (like me!) run out of boxes. Not every place offers this service so this makes the storage facility one that I would use again.

Disabled-friendly entrance and extra wide corridors. Easy to find but if you’re travelling and need assistance phone the reception and they are more then happy to assist. Plenty of parking spaces. Storage unit door numbers easily found next to doors also.
