Superb team of people from Sharon in the office through to Steve providing the quote and his team carrying out the move. Friendly, efficient and super helpful right from the start. They packed up the house, moved us from Middlesex to Essex and unloaded everything....all with a smile and friendly banter. Would highly recommend this firm....just make sure you have the kettle handy and a full stock of tea/coffee on the go :-)

We asked Smarts to quote on our move from Ruislip to Biggleswade. They arrived promptly as agreed and gave us great advice on packing while looking round to prepare the quote. It was nearly six months before the move eventually took place and Smarts were true to their word and confirmed the original price. We chose to have the full packing service (Best decision I’ve ever made). They arrived the day before on time and began packing all of our goods. They asked if they could load some of the furniture to help speed things up for the move day, which we agreed. They had all packing and all loading of the agreed furniture done by 4pm. The next day, move day they arrived on time and had everything loaded and ready to go by 11am. the move in and unpack went just as smoothly, the guys were brilliant and worked nonstop to not only move us in but un pack and rebuild our bed. I cannot recommend the guys from Smarts highly enough. If i ever move again i wouldn’t hesitate to use them, i probably wouldn’t even bother getting anyone else to quote. One word of warning though, make sure you have plenty of tea and biscuits.

Couldn't recommend this company highly enough. Friendly staff from speaking to the lady in the office, the gentlemen Steve who quoted us to the guys who moved us on the day. We used them for packing, storage and the move itself. Moving from Middlesex to Devon everything went as smoothly as I could have hoped. Fab company.

Great service especially as it was a last minute booking. Had considered doing it myself really glad I didn't. Reasonable price. From Middlesex to Oxfordshire. Tom and his team were very pleasant, hard working and patient. Just keep the kettle handy and the tea flowing.

I was referred to use Smarts by my cousin who had 40 years experience in the removals business. I am so pleased that I took his advice. The team of four showed up in two vehicles. They had us loaded and on the road in two hours. They took excellent care of our valuables and everything arrived as it had left our home. On top of the great service their customer relations were very good. Almost felt we were moving with friends. What could have been an anxious day was a pleasure

We moved from Harrow to Bournemouth last week and I was recommended Smarts. Steve and the team did a fantastic job over 2 days, even managed to get my 400kg hot tub out of the back garden!!! Would highly recommend them to anyone.

We used this company for our move from Northolt to Hampshire They were punctual ,polite and professional. The packing service was excellent and well worth the money. Moving into our new home was in pouring rain, but they took great care keeping everything dry and remained upbeat. If you want to take the stress out of moving day use Smarts
