I went to shop to collect my gold and was told is not there. Was provide with telephone number to call which is all the Time busy or the Line is not answer at Times which are working hours. And is staying to call at opening hours. Will make big compleint. Never will use this shop again.

Needs a bit of work when you look at the shop, however when you go in the staff make up for it. Was only looking for something for my mum for Mother's Day which the staff got spot on with there choice, did not realise that they done currency exchange so will be going back for my holiday money.
