I visit the New Look in Hounslow. I went into the store and I asked to speak to the manager, She did not want to listen to my problem that I had with the order she was just trying to send me to another customer service agent To deal with my problem. There was an order that I picked up it was the wrong dresses came in that order but I’ve sent that back to the head office. That was not professional of the store manager to do that to a customer I’m a very regular in New Look. Regarding an order that I placed online but unfortunately the item was not available online. To see if it was available in store or if the store can place the order online for me. Unfortunately I will not be visiting new look as regular as I was before.

Well it says they open at 9am which is obviously not true. Waisted my time to come and collect my parcel after dropping off my kid to school. Not cool.

All their smart 'work' shoes were jumbled up, none were on their right hanger, so I had to go through and look at each pair of shoes to find the right size. Couldn't find a matching pair. Staff tried to find what I wanted out back, but sadly had none in stock. This store is very small compared to other branches
