Good leather shoes at reasonable prices. Their shoes do wear big though. I buy half a size smaller and rely on the leather stretching to the shape of my foot. Order online and pick up from store so that if they are the wrong size you can arrange an exchange there and then.

Lovely selection of children's shoes, expertly helped by Zoe who kindly measured my two children's feet (one whilst they were sleeping!) and fitted us with some gorgeous shoes. Very happy, thank you!

Haven’t used Clark’s for years since my kids stopped needing school shoes, and don’t know why but it seems a bit out of touch with fashion… BUT… when I couldn’t find great and proper school shoes and plimsolls for my grandchildren I went back and hey presto… fabulous service, proper shoe fitting (where else does that now?) and everything we needed. Traditional and solid service 😊

Pretty disappointed with the lack of customer service. Really unhelpful advice, a lack of understanding of kids sizes and shoes. The member of staff in the kids section did not care and when prompted for advice we were met with "don't know really...." - rather than seeking advice from other staff they just decided they weren't going to answer any queries with usrful advice. The member of staff on the till unfortunately was no better. Quite rude with a snappy tone.
